Coaching Confidentiality

Prism Coaching maintains strict confidentiality with all client and sponsor information unless release is required by law. Such situations may include but are not limited to: being made aware of illegal activity, receipt of valid court order or subpoena, or knowledge of intent to harm self or others. Where Prism Coaching reasonably believes that confidentially may not be maintained, we reserve the right to inform the appropriate authorities.

All clients and sponsors have the right to a written description of the limit of confidentiality and a full explanation prior to the initiation of services.
